TERMS OF BUSINESS

Shooting and personnel rates are based on a 10 hour full day and a 4 hour half day, PORTAL-TO-PORTAL. Any shoots exceeding these limits are subject to overtime charges.

Travel expenses and record media are not included in day rates.

For credit approved clients, terms of payment are 30 days. Unless otherwise stated in writing by The Edge Cinematography (TEC), terms of payment for all other clientele are as follows: 50% deposit prior to production, remaining balance of final invoice due upon delivery of product to client.

Payment may be made by VISA, MasterCard, cash, certified cheque, money order, or online via PayPal.

Payment shall be the sole responsibility of the client and not any third party. Late payments are subject to service charges of 2% per month.

TEC will perform its services in accordance with generally accepted technical practices and standards. In no way shall TEC be liable for more than the cost of the unrecorded materials.

Any claims for adjustment related to an invoice must be presented in writing to TEC within ten (10) days from the date on the invoice in question; otherwise the client has waived any and all claims.

TEC shall have a lien on all materials made by TEC’s personnel and/or equipment for the balance of any sums owed by the client to TEC.

Cancellation of any shoots with less than two full days notice are subject to the following charges:

- Cancellation within 48-24 hours of scheduled shoot will be billed at
  25% of the value of the original shoot

- Same day cancellations will be billed at 50% of the value of the
  scheduled shoot.

Rates do not include applicable taxes and are subject to change without notice.
